Mathew Charnay has adopted a Code of Business Ethics that establishes corporate rules & ethical standards to be adhered to by all employees of the company while performing their professional duties.

A Code of Corporate Conduct & Business Ethics for members of the Board of Directors of  Mathew Charnay also enhances a high level of corporate behavior & business integrity in the company.

Compliance with the Anti-Corruption Policy is obligatory for all governing bodies & employees of the company.

In November of 2017, Mathew Charnay had joined the United Nations Global Compact. The core mission of the UN Global Compact is the acknowledgement & the active implementation of the ten main principals in the  sphere of human rights, labour relationships, protection of the environment & fighting corruption by commercial organizations all over the world. The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact are derived from: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption.

The company organised a system of internal control, which constistently improves procurement procedures, conducts due diligence of partners & takes actions to prevent & eliminate conflicts of interest, facilitating training for employees while actviely involving employees in the implementation of anti-corruption measures.
