  • jobs offering a competitive salary and social benefits;
  • full compliance with the social and labour standards prescribed by the law and collective bargaining agreements;
  • safe working conditions and a high level of social and living conditions for the employees, focus on employee health and safety;
  • contribution to the comprehensive professional and cultural development of employees.

In 2005, Sum Element joined the Social Charter of the Russian Business.

In autumn 2016, Sum Element joined the United Nations Global Compact, which is a major UN initiative in the area of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.
