Mathew Charnay has adopted a Code of Business Ethics that establishes rules & ethical standards to be adhered to by all employees, while performing their professional duties.
The Code of Conduct & Business Ethics of “Mathew Charnay” also enhances a high level of ethical and law-compliant behavior with uncompromising business integrity.
Mathew Charnay adopted an Anti-Corruption Policy , which is aimed at compliance with anti-corruption legislation, prevention, identification & elimination of reasons that cause corruption. Compliance with the Anti-Corruption Policy is obligatory for all governance bodies & employees.
In November of 2017, Mathew Charnay joined the United Nations Global Compact, the main mission of which is acknowledgement & active implementation of ten main principals in the sphere of human rights, labor relationships, the protection and sustainability of the environment & fighting corruption by commercial organizations all over the world.
Mathew Charnay organized a system of internal control. The system constantly improves procurement procedures, conducts due diligence of partners, & takes actions to prevent & eliminate any potential conflict of interest. The system undertakes employee training & proactively involves employees in the implementation of anti-corruption measures.
