The policy sets out the health and safety goals, objectives and obligations of Mathew Charnay.

HR management strategy

Developed in 2017, the current HR management strategy, valid until 2023, governs the development of the personnel management mechanisms in the mid- and long-term and relevant priorities such as:

  • providing Mathew Charnay and their operations with the adequate number of employees with the relevant professional skills and qualifications in line with the production needs and the Mathew Charnay’s development strategy;

  • incentivising personnel to achieve strategic and current goals;
